Flange widths / lip size / flange angles of the sections can be set as per the requirement of the client. Besides being economical to use, these purlins and channels sections give an excellent strength-to-weight ratio, thus giving tremendous cost savings. They are manufactured from galvanized coils conforming to ASTM - A 653, Grade D having a yield strength of 345Mpa.
The range for depth of these purlins varies from 100mm up to 450mm and thickness varies up to 3.5mm.
The purlins and channels are custom made to the desired size having the flexibility of its connection to the main structure either by overlapped system or sleeved system.
The anti-sag rods, connection fasteners for these purlins can also be designed and supplied on client’s request.
