Tiger Profiles and Insulation manufactures sandwich panels by the use of rigid polyurethane with external and internal sheets of steel, alu-zinc and aluminum of different thicknesses, coating and colors.
The sandwich panel’s dimensional stability (reflected in linear changes) are characterized as follows: 48 hours @ -25oC equals to 1% max; 48 hours @ 70oC equals to 1% max; and with a polyurethane thickness ranging from 50mm to 150mm.
Latest in the Sandwich Panels production updates is the provision for fire-rated PIR and Rockwool insulation in addition to the different grades of polyurethane that is preseted by TPI's as insulation for its sandwich panels.
The general physical properties of the polyurethane used by TPI include:
