The 24th of November marked the night for the First Annual Solacoat & Solasteel network Gathering hosted by the Sole Distributor for the Middle East, Asia & Africa— Tiger Profiles & Insulation.

Having invited its principle—CoolShield International represented by its Managing Director Mr. Chris Hocking, & its distributors, associates & partners  from all over its territory to participate through their presence with Tiger Profiles at the Big 5 Show held from the 23rd to the 26th of November, TPI decided to host the first annual dinner on the occasion.

The elite guest list included TPI’s Sole Solasteel Applicator—Perfect  Industries (UAE) represented by Mr. Rashid Hussain & its preferred Solacoat Applicator Tones & Textures (UAE) represented by Mr. Narram Nassar. Also present were the Ecospecifier team (Ms. Mary-Lou Kelly, Mr. Brett Hazlett & Mrs. Sabine Hazlett) who played a major role in the certification of the Solacoat & Solasteel product range. In accompaniment where the Aircell team members—winners of last year’s Silver GAIA big 5 2008 Award,  Mr. Jim Malek & Mr. Ryan Hitzman.

The CEO’s of the Tiger Companies  were out in full force headed by Mssrs. Robert & Aziz Nasr Chairmen of the Group & accompanied by Mr. Claude Nasr (CEO of Tiger Steel Engineering—UAE & India), Adv. Joseph Nahra (CEO  Of Nimr Civil Engineering & President of the Lebanese Businessmen’s Council) & Mr. Hassan Al Amil (CEO  of Nimr Steel Trading).

The guests of honor included:

¨  The Group’s long term Bankers, Bank of Sharjah, represented by Mr. Mario Tohme & Mr. Berj Tossounian;

¨ Mr. Rod Sawyers of Bronx International—Australia (Managing Director).

¨ Mr. Eddie Moss—Managing Director of CoolShield South Africa.

Tiger Profiles’ Senior Management played  co-hosts to their CEO & main host Mr. Bernard Nasr.

The night began after a long & successful day at the Big 5 Show, where the guests where transported by limousines to the venue of choice—the elegant “Bateaux Dubai”.

A scrumptious dinner, elegant surroundings & soothing background music set the scene for the dinner which was served once the ship set sail into the waters of Dubai Creek. The  beautiful scenery composed of Dubai’s old Souks & traditional dhows added to the relaxing atmosphere initiated by the host Mr. Bernard Nasr who personally & warmly greeted each of his special guests. Quoted as a “night to remember” , the guests voiced their enjoyment & their anticipation of next year’s event.
